Hi! I’m Lynne

I’m a dedicated Red Seal chef with over 10 years of experience creating healthy, nutritious meals. After earning my culinary degree at Vancouver Community College and completing my Red Seal at Okanagan College, I’ve worked at top restaurants and hotels, including Middle Beach Lodge in Tofino, Fairmont Pacific Rim, Brix & Mortar in Yaletown, and Quails Gate Winery in West Kelowna.

 

As a mother of two, I understand the value of fresh, wholesome food and am passionate about supporting local growers and using organic ingredients whenever possible. Recently, I also completed my nutrition diploma, which has deepened my commitment to helping clients build a healthy relationship with food.

 

I’m excited to bring my fine dining experience to your table, crafting delicious, nourishing dishes with the best ingredients for you and your family and friends.
